Clean Water Specialists was founded in Pasco, WA in October, 1998. Our founder, Dave Phillips, graduated from RainSoft University in April, 1998 and is a Dynasty Dealer Graduate from Lake Country RainSoft in Perham, MN. Today, we are proud to provide clean, quality RainSoft water and products to customers in the Tri-Cities and the surrounding area.
At Clean Water Specialists, we believe in the highest level of service. Our goal is to make the customer happy, because without them we would not be in business. We have received RainSoft's John Grayson Customer Satisfaction Award every year since we opened our doors. We are proud to have been named one of the top-ten dealerships for the West Coast Region, as well as one of the top-ten offices. We have received numerous Gold Circle Dealer Awards and the Rookie Dealership Award for our first year in business.
Clean Water Specialists offers complimentary water testing and analysis, professional and complete systems installation, lifetime service agreements, warranty services, yearly maintenance service programs and filter replacement programs.
